Healthcare Analyst II, Healthcare Data & Reporting
Overview
Healthcare data analysis at a nonprofit health plan with a million+ members. You will own data collection, reporting standards, and insights that influence strategic decisions. Work with a collaborative team focused on data-driven decisions and continuous learning. This role sits onsite in Minnetonka, MN about 3 days/week and offers a comprehensive rewards package.
What You'll Do5
- 1Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data to inform decisions.
- 2Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- 3Perform cost, utilization, trend, and forecasting analyses to support initiatives.
- 4Assist in evaluating program performance, interventions, and value-based care efforts.
- 5Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and thorough documentation across deliverables.
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 23+ years of work experience beyond degree
- 3Preferred: intermediate Excel and SQL skills, plus experience with Python and C++ or Visual Basic
- 4Familiarity with actuarial or financial modeling concepts
- 5Exposure to population health, care management, or clinical program evaluation
- 6Experience in health plans, provider groups, or value-based care environments
- 7Onsite office role in Minnetonka, MN about 3 days per week
