What You'll Do11
- 1Develop and implement software systems using SQL, SSRS, Medinsight, RxNavigator, Crystal Reports, and Executive Dashboard to support department goals.
- 2Generate ad-hoc and standard reports while coordinating team report production and distribution schedules.
- 3Resolve errors, monitor performance metrics, and provide peer reviews on reports and programming logic improvements.
- 4Design large-scale predictive and statistical models for forecasting cost utilization and performance trends.
- 5Guide team members on executive summary writing and statistical analysis for audience-specific communication.
- 6Create comprehensive workflows for report production and distribution, documenting processes and procedures.
- 7Establish new databases and reporting tools aligned with project specifications.
- 8Assist with special projects for internal departments, regulatory agencies, or external partners.
- 9Maintain SharePoint sites with training materials and documentation archives.
- 10Apply healthcare experience to quantify financial and utilization metrics in medical cost analysis.
- 11Identify and investigate complex suspect areas in medical cost issues and propose corrective actions.
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's Degree in Finance Economics or Computer Science
- 26+ years of progressive experience in Data Finance or Systems Analysis
- 3Expert knowledge of SQL SSRS and SSIS or similar tools
- 4Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Finance Economics Math or Computer Science
- 5Strong understanding of Medical Economics and performance indicators
- 6Experience with BI tools such as ProClarity and MEd Insight
- 7Preferred certification QNXT or similar healthcare payer applications
- 8Proven ability to analyze multi-source data and deliver actionable insights
