What You'll Do11
- 1Develop and implement commercial and governmental payer analytics reports
- 2Demonstrate expertise in financial analysis and proactive insights
- 3Support managed care negotiations with timely reporting access
- 4Update departmental matrices including rates participation and policy bulletins
- 5Produce year-long managed care budget analyses
- 6Work with contract modeling systems such as FinThrive and Epic
- 7Coordinate reporting for system-wide payer initiatives
- 8Lead analysis on healthcare plan data and hospital finance strategy
- 9Apply Managed Care contracting experience on provider or payer side
- 10Utilize Microsoft Office and BI platforms like Tableau
- 11Maintain positive attitude while managing competing priorities
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Finance Economics Business Administration Health Service Administration or related field
- 23-5 years progressive experience in financial and data analytics
- 3MBA or MHA preferred
- 4Experience with contract modeling systems
- 5Strong analytical skills tied to big picture understanding
- 6Background in Managed Care contracting on provider or payer side
- 7Intermediate to advanced proficiency in data visualization platforms
- 8Self-starter with problem-solving abilities
- 9Attention to detail and organizational skills
