Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 22+ years experience with Epic EHR systems
- 3Strong SQL proficiency with 2+ years in healthcare analytics
- 4Expertise in Power BI for complex data visualization
- 5Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 62+ years of healthcare data analysis experience
- 7Familiarity with NCQA HEDIS and CMS eCQM reporting standards
- 8Ability to translate technical findings into business implications
- 9Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
- 10Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced environment
