Overview
We're looking for an experienced revenue cycle analytics leader to help evaluate and improve AI systems designed for healthcare financial intelligence. In this role, you'll apply your expertise in RCM reporting, financial modeling, and decision support to assess AI-generated analytics, shape dashboards, and refine the tools that guide operational and executive decisions. This is a remote, hourly contract position with a top AI research lab, offering a chance to influence next-generation healthcare AI.
What You'll Do9
- 1Own revenue cycle analytics, reporting, and decision-support initiatives to boost performance across RCM operations.
- 2Review AI-produced analytics outputs, KPI dashboards, and financial model recommendations for accuracy and completeness.
- 3Build and maintain reporting frameworks that track performance across patient access, coding, billing, denials, A/R, and collections.
- 4Design dashboards, scorecards, and trend analyses to support both operational teams and executive leadership.
- 5Investigate root causes behind revenue cycle performance gaps and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
- 6Partner with finance, IT, and RCM operations to align analytics infrastructure with strategic goals.
- 7Enforce data governance standards—defining metrics, ensuring data quality, and keeping reporting consistent.
- 8Support forecasting, budget modeling, and net revenue realization analysis.
- 9Annotate AI outputs and provide structured feedback to help train and improve AI models.
Requirements7
- 15+ years in revenue cycle analytics, RCM reporting, or healthcare financial decision-support, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- 2Deep understanding of revenue cycle KPIs across patient access, coding, billing, denials, and collections.
- 3Hands-on proficiency with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI, plus SQL-based data analysis.
- 4Experience with EHR-integrated analytics and RCM reporting platforms.
- 5Strong financial modeling and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
- 6Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- 7Sharp attention to detail, especially when spotting data quality issues or errors in AI-generated outputs.
