What You'll Do10
- 1Own analytics for one or more critical business domains and serve as a trusted partner to functional leaders
- 2Define company metrics, reusable data models, and dashboards to create a shared source of truth
- 3Identify drivers of funnel conversion, time to start of care, caregiver engagement, and revenue performance
- 4Develop forecasting, prioritization, and risk detection models for operational and financial decisions
- 5Define and operationalize clinical quality and outcomes measurement
- 6Partner with Engineering and Product on canonical data models, lifecycle events, and the metrics layer powering AbbyOS and AI enabled workflows
- 7Establish measurement frameworks for product adoption, operational changes, and experiments
- 8Improve analytics quality, scalability, and reproducibility through automation and documentation
- 9Translate complex analyses into clear executive level recommendations and actions
- 10Collaborate cross functionally to ensure data driven decisions across the company
Requirements10
- 14+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, product analytics, data science, or a related field
- 2Advanced SQL skills and strong proficiency in Python or R
- 3Ability to independently define and lead complex analytical projects
- 4Experience translating ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations
- 5Strong knowledge of metric design, dashboarding, dimensional data modeling, and modern analytics workflows
- 6Experience with tools such as dbt, Git, cloud data warehouses, and business intelligence platforms
- 7Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- 8High standards for data quality, rigor, and documentation
- 9Healthcare, insurance, care delivery, financial operations, or another operationally complex industry experience (preferred)
- 10Experience with experimentation, causal inference, predictive modeling, forecasting, or optimization (preferred)

$115 - $140k per year
