Senior Deployment Strategist, Healthcare AI Implementation
Overview
You will own large-scale AI platform deployments for health system clients, driving measurable margin improvements at multi-billion dollar organizations. You will lead end-to-end delivery from scoping through go-live, managing cross-functional pods and building direct relationships with CFO-level executives. This role combines strategic advisory with hands-on technical implementation, requiring 5-10 years of experience in healthcare consulting or AI delivery. You will codify deployment patterns into repeatable playbooks and shape the product roadmap with implementation learnings.
What You'll Do6
- 1Own the full implementation lifecycle for large strategic health system accounts, from scoping and discovery through go-live and value realization, using AI platforms.
- 2Lead a pod of 2-3 junior Deployment Strategists and forward-deployed engineers, setting priorities and maintaining delivery momentum with Agile methodologies.
- 3Manage C-suite relationships (primarily CFOs) at multi-billion dollar health systems, facilitating executive business reviews and steering committees to align on AI adoption.
- 4Drive consultative problem-solving for customers deploying AI for the first time, covering discovery, solutioning, and operational change management.
- 5Codify deployment patterns into repeatable playbooks and feed implementation learnings back into the product roadmap, leveraging Salesforce for tracking.
- 6Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to design AI use cases integrated with existing EHR systems.
Requirements6
- 15-10 years of experience in healthcare consulting or AI/tech delivery to health systems, with meaningful time on the provider side.
- 2Proven executive presence and ability to independently manage C-suite/VP-level client relationships.
- 3Hands-on experience managing technical implementations, ideally involving AI or software delivery.
- 4Deep passion for healthcare provider organizations with a clear career pattern demonstrating commitment to the space.
