What You'll Do12
- 1Build and deliver impactful features across full technology stack including React TypeScript PostgreSQL and AWS Lambda
- 2Design robust scalable extensible systems supporting complex healthcare workflows
- 3Own projects from requirements through development launch monitoring and continuous improvement
- 4Develop AI LLM powered features enhancing automation workflow efficiency and user experience
- 5Use AI assisted tools like Cursor GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate development
- 6Partner with product and clinical stakeholders evaluating technical tradeoffs safety usability reliability and automation
- 7Establish engineering best practices and standards as company scales
- 8Identify technical risks and propose practical solutions
- 9Lead engineering projects involving other engineers while remaining hands on architecture and implementation
- 10Contribute across infrastructure backend services application development and user facing experiences
- 11Improve system reliability performance maintainability and scalability as platform grows
- 12Help shape engineering culture and build high performing technical organization
Requirements19
- 15–8+ years professional software engineering experience with strong backend and full stack expertise
- 2At least 2 years senior level engineering role
- 3Professional experience with TypeScript and React or comparable modern frontend technologies
- 4Strong backend development with Python Go Ruby or similar languages
- 5Experience with PostgreSQL or relational databases
- 6Hands on experience with AWS serverless infrastructure infrastructure as code or Terraform
- 7Experience building or shipping AI LLM powered applications
- 8Regular use of AI assisted development tools such as Cursor Copilot or ChatGPT
- 9Startup or rapidly scaling technology environment experience
- 10Lead engineering project involving at least one other engineer demonstrating project leadership
- 11Strong understanding of software architecture scalability reliability and engineering best practices
- 12Ability to collaborate with product engineering and domain clinical stakeholders
- 13Ownership mentality operating effectively in ambiguous fast moving environment
- 14Experience in healthcare technology health tech clinical software or regulated high trust environments
- 15Preferred experience at modern rapidly scaling startup Series A F companies
- 16Previous work on AI enabled products or automation platforms
- 17Remote or distributed engineering environment experience
- 18Design and operating AWS serverless systems at scale
- 19Products where reliability safety privacy and user trust are critical
