What You'll Do7
- 1Architect and scale Node.js TypeScript Supabase Postgres AWS backend including event-driven designs and state machines
- 2Design schemas and workflows encoding psychiatric care operations and implement LLM agents with tool use memory and safety rails
- 3Define world-state simulations powering alerting routing and decision-making for patient journeys
- 4Own HIPAA-compliant pipelines for transcripts events and EHR data ensuring PHI auditability
- 5Drive architecture strategy debating tradeoffs with CTO and defining new system primitives
- 6Shape internal tools for human AI operations visibility and real-time monitoring
- 7Collaborate across disciplines to ship reliable autonomous care systems from design to production
Requirements6
- 15+ years building AI native systems with Node.js TypeScript Supabase Postgres AWS stack
- 2Experience with LLMs agents tool-calling RAG or similar patterns
- 3Background in healthcare fintech or regulated domains with PHI security expertise
- 4Strong systems thinking focusing on events state invariants and workflow orchestration
- 5Proven ability to take ownership of complex features from design to deployment
- 6Demonstrated track record of delivering production systems with high reliability and performance
