Overview
Lead ownership of core AI-powered product development as a Senior Full Stack Engineer. This is a hands-on, high-agency role focused on building end-to-end solutions for an AI-native healthcare platform. What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement scalable TypeScript JavaScript React Node.js Python cloud integrations leveraging AWS and Kubernetes
- 2Ship fully functional features from concept to production within 90-day timeline
- 3Utilize Claude Code and other AI coding tools to accelerate development cycles
- 4Own complex data pipelines using Spark and Airflow for ETL processes
- 5Architect microservices using Node.js and design robust REST APIs
- 6Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to translate domain requirements into technical specifications
- 7Maintain HIPAA-compliant systems and ensure data security across all components
- 8Drive performance optimization and debugging across distributed services
- 9Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- 10Participate in weekly cross-functional planning sessions with product and leadership teams
- 11Contribute to open-source projects and share knowledge within the engineering group
Requirements11
- 15+ years building end-to-end applications with TypeScript JavaScript
- 2Strong system design and software architecture expertise
- 3Experience leading 0→1 initiatives at VC-backed startups or early-stage companies
- 4Founder or founding engineer background preferred
- 5Proven track record of autonomous ownership without heavy supervision
- 6Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7Familiarity with AWS Certified solutions and Kubernetes environments
- 8Deep understanding of AI-native workflows including modern coding assistants
- 9Ability to rapidly learn regulated industries such as healthcare or finance
- 10Excellent communication skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration
