What You'll Do10
- 1Build and supervise daily field operations for foam roofing projects
- 2Design safety talks, site rules, and compliance with regulations for each job
- 3Lead coordination between field crew, office staff, and sales to ensure timely project progress
- 4Inspect roofs and oversee installation quality for commercial and residential properties
- 5Maintain trucks and tools to meet operational standards and OSHA 10 requirements
- 6Attend project meetings at the job site and relay updates to stakeholders
- 7Drive cost awareness by assisting with estimating and labor planning within scope
- 8Self-motivate and ensure high work ethic across the field team
- 9Travel to multiple job sites daily and manage field-based workforces
- 10Communicate effectively to optimize parts and materials management
Requirements10
- 13-5 years of field roofing or related supervision experience
- 2CDL helpful
- 3Bilingual proficiency required
- 4Experience with foam and coating knowledge is preferred
- 5Ability to perform pre-site safety checks and daily operations supervision
- 6Use of hand tools and basic maintenance of trucks and equipment
- 7OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- 8Strong communication with office and field teams
- 9Able to travel daily and work in field conditions
