Project Manager, Roofing & Field Operations
Overview
Own and drive residential roofing projects from start to finish on a field-based team in Phoenix. Manage crews, homeowners, materials, and jobsite logistics to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. This role emphasizes reliability, communication, and ownership of assigned projects. You will coordinate with office staff, suppliers, and management to maintain schedules and uphold Phoenix Pro Roofing standards.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead roofing projects from start to finish and ensure on time completion
- 2Visit active jobsites daily to monitor workmanship safety and cleanliness
- 3Communicate with homeowners and provide regular project updates
- 4Coordinate with crews, office staff, suppliers, and management
- 5Review work orders material lists measurements and project details before work begins
- 6Ensure all materials are available and procure additional materials as needed
- 7Document jobsite activities and maintain CRM records with photos and notes
- 8Identify issues and escalate to management promptly
- 9Complete final inspections and walkthroughs with homeowners
- 10Maintain project schedules and enforce company standards during weather events
Requirements10

- 5Ability to manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously

- 8Valid driver license and clean driving record
- 9Bilingual EnglishSpanish is a plus
- 10Able to work independently in the field
