What You'll Do9

  • 1Lead the roofing service division, managing 5+ technicians and coordinating daily field operations for commercial and residential projects.
  • 2Drive reroofing and repair projects from initial customer contact through estimation, scheduling, and completion, using electronic estimating software.
  • 3Schedule service calls, repairs, and projects, balancing weather-related impacts and priority conflicts.
  • 4Present proposals and estimates to customers, backed by detailed project documentation and job costing.
  • 5Coordinate with foremen, production teams, and general contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • 6Monitor project budgets and division profitability, adjusting forecasts to meet financial targets.
  • 7Enforce OSHA 30 safety standards on every job site, correcting unsafe conditions and promoting a safety-first culture.
  • 8Participate in production and safety meetings, contributing to operational planning and continuous improvement.
  • 9Identify opportunities to enhance service operations, customer retention, and division growth.

Requirements10

  • 15+ years in roofing service management or supervisory roles.
  • 2Strong knowledge of commercial and residential roofing systems: TPO, PVC, roof coatings, asphalt shingles, tile, and leak detection.
  • 3Proven experience estimating and bidding roofing projects using electronic estimating software.
  • 4Project management skills with expertise in scheduling, workflow coordination, and team leadership.
  • 5Ability to manage budgets and job costing with a data-driven approach.
  • 6Excellent customer service and communication skills for client-facing interactions.
  • 7Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards with OSHA 30 Construction Certification.
  • 8Strong computer skills for data entry, documentation, and reporting.
  • 9Valid driver's license with an acceptable and insurable driving record.
  • 10Fluent English required; bilingual skills are a plus.
