- 8Ensure proper documentation on completed work orders
- 9Directly manage service technicians and set performance expectations
- 10Establish daily and weekly standards for field personnel
- 11Conduct quality-control inspections and provide training
- 12Develop and deliver accurate estimates and proposals
- 13Prepare scopes of work that communicate recommended repairs
- 14Deliver proposals promptly and review job costing
- 15Use job data to refine estimating accuracy and pricing
- 16Identify conversion opportunities from calls to larger projects
- 17Take ownership of departmental financial performance
- 18Manage revenue gross profit and operating goals
- 19Monitor labor productivity material costs and profitability metrics

- 1Commercial roofing experience required
- 2Previous management of roofing service crews preferred

- 6Understanding of job costing and gross profit principles
- 7Leadership skills with accountability and development focus
- 8Comfortable using CRM scheduling and estimating software
- 9Valid driver's license and ability to travel company service areas
- 10Safe roof access experience using ladders
