- 5Complete required job photos and documentation
- 6Identify and resolve callbacks promptly preventing repeat issues
- 7Hold employees accountable for production quality attendance and professionalism
- 8Onboard new employees and process payroll paperwork
- 9Monitor equipment rigs vehicles tools and materials needs
- 10Communicate problems and implement solutions
- 11Develop and improve operational systems as company grows
Requirements10
- 15+ years supervising construction crews
