What You'll Do9

  • 4Resolve on-site issues immediately to prevent delays or rework, coordinating with project management and logistics.
  • 5Lead and mentor field staff on installation best practices and safety procedures, fostering accountability.
  • 6Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, builders, and subcontractors, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • 7Report project status, site conditions, and material usage using company-approved systems, submitting photos and completion docs.
  • 8Partner with leadership to identify process improvements that reduce waste and boost efficiency.
  • 9Conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and enforce corrective actions to maintain a zero-incident workplace.

Requirements10

  • 15+ years in field operations, construction, or project management.
  • 2High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3Proven leadership supervising field crews and managing multiple projects.
  • 4Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • 5Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • 6Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • 7Excellent communication across departments and with customers.
  • 8Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • 9Preferred: Proficiency with project management software and field reporting tools.
  • 10Preferred: Experience managing subcontractors in a multi-site environment.
