What You'll Do7
- 1Supervise daily construction site operations ensuring work progresses according to project plans schematics and blueprints
- 2Coordinate and manage subcontractors vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- 3Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or other construction management software tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed
- 4Oversee quality control processes conducting inspections to verify compliance with specifications safety standards and building codes
- 5Enforce OSHA safety regulations and conduct regular safety meetings to promote safe working environment for all personnel
- 6Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings utilizing tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing when required
- 7Prepare comprehensive reports on project status including progress updates incident reports and documentation of quality control measures
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading construction teams
- 3AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- 4Project Management Professional certification
- 5Commercial construction experience with blueprint reading and estimating skills preferred
- 6Strong leadership abilities managing diverse teams fostering collaboration and accountability
- 7Proven track record delivering projects on schedule and within budget
- 8Commitment to safety compliance and OSHA standards
