What You'll Do11

  • 1Direct and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is performed safely correct timely with high-quality professionally per scope and escalate issues as necessary
  • 2Maintain clean organized professional jobsites including occupied or active environments anticipating and resolving field issues impacting schedule cost or satisfaction
  • 3Execute project schedule in coordination with Project Manager and General Manager identify scope gaps inefficiencies or cost risks early and communicate promptly
  • 4Enforce safety standards and site-specific safety plans ensuring subcontractor compliance with OSHA requirements address unsafe conditions immediately and document incidents appropriately
  • 5Communicate professionally with clients property managers residents and internal CAMP teams representing the company while managing expectations and resolving concerns in real time
  • 6Complete daily jobsite notes in Procore documenting progress manpower issues and photos supporting billing change orders and dispute resolution
  • 7Build strong relationships with reliable trade partners contributing to a strong subcontractor bench
  • 8Apply knowledge of multi-family capital improvement restoration renovation or commercial construction practices
  • 9Understand how scope schedule and field decisions impact project financials
  • 10Utilize construction project management software such as Procore or similar manage multiple subcontractors demonstrate excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills
  • 11OSHA 30 preferred (not required) certifications a plus

Requirements8

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons leading supervisory roles in construction
  • 35+ years experience with AWS Certified
  • 4General familiarity with common construction means and methods HVAC electrical plumbing framing
  • 5Strong understanding of how scope schedule and field decisions impact project financials
  • 6Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate daily activities
  • 7Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving abilities
  • 8OSHA 30 preferred (not required)
