Superintendent - TI | Leoforce Orlando FL
Overview
The Superintendent will own field operations for commercial tenant improvement projects in Orlando from mobilization to closeout. You will drive schedules hold subcontractors accountable coordinate trades manage daily site activities ensure OSHA compliance maintain field documentation partner with PM on cost schedule and serve as primary field contact. Start early September and assume immediate responsibility for active projects.

Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading field operations for large scale commercial projects
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified relevant experience required
- 5Competitive compensation up to $130,000 base salary
