Overview
Lead local tenant improvement and commercial build-out projects in Minneapolis without travel. Full-time position located in the Minneapolis Metro area.
What You'll Do10
- 1Oversee daily on-site construction activities and subcontractor performance
- 2Coordinate schedules resolve issues maintain project momentum
- 3Ensure safety compliance and quality standards throughout all phases
- 4Collaborate with clients engineers and project managers to meet milestones
- 5Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication
- 6Proven experience in commercial construction supervision and tenant improvements
- 7Strong knowledge of construction processes scheduling and safety protocols
- 8Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications
- 9Excellent leadership organization and communication skills
- 10Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments
- 35+ years constructing tenant improvements
- 4Construction management expertise
- 5Commercial construction background
- 6OSHA certification or related safety training
- 7Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore PlanGrid or similar
- 8Experience with Quality control and Tenant improvement
- 9Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 10Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

$85 - $125k per year
