What You'll Do13
- 1Lead large complex commercial construction projects ensuring alignment with scope schedule budget and quality expectations
- 2Oversee preconstruction services including advanced estimating budgeting and planning for projects valued at $20M+
- 3Manage all phases of construction project management including scheduling procurement change management risk management and cost control
- 4Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including internal staff subcontractors and suppliers
- 5Develop monitor and update project schedules using construction scheduling software proactively identifying and resolving delays
- 6Prepare review and manage change orders ensuring accurate documentation pricing and stakeholder communication
- 7Apply knowledge of construction law contracts and business practices to manage obligations and mitigate risk
- 8Maintain financial oversight including budget tracking cost forecasting and reporting on project financial performance
- 9Ensure compliance with internal policies applying them throughout project lifecycle
- 10Foster customer service mindset communicating clearly with clients design teams and partners
- 11Promote safe work environment aligning with safety standards and best practices
- 12Deliver project status reports and documentation using Microsoft Office Bluebeam Procore and related technologies
- 13Travel to project sites as needed to oversee progress resolve issues and support on-site teams
Requirements12
- 1Minimum of 10 years experience in construction project management or related roles
- 2At least 8 years managing large complex projects valued at $20M or more
- 3Expertise in preconstruction services and advanced estimating for commercial construction
- 4Proven ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams on complex work
- 5Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- 6Working knowledge of construction law contracts and standard business practices
- 7Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office for reporting documentation and communication
- 8Experience using Bluebeam for document review markup and coordination
- 9Experience with Procore or similar construction management technologies
- 10Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer service mindset
- 11Ability to interpret and apply internal policies and procedures throughout project lifecycle
- 12Valid driver’s license willing to travel for project assignments
