What You'll Do11

  • 1Oversee all stages of the project life cycle from pre-construction through closeout
  • 2Create and manage project budgets to ensure financial performance and cost control
  • 3Develop and maintain detailed project schedules monitoring progress and adjusting as needed
  • 4Manage RFI and submittal processes to ensure timely accurate communication
  • 5Lead project buyout activities including procurement and negotiation with subcontractors and vendors
  • 6Prepare and administer subcontracts throughout the project
  • 7Build and maintain strong relationships with clients subcontractors and other stakeholders
  • 8Oversee cost management and provide regular financial updates
  • 9Identify resolve project issues and conflicts promptly
  • 10Manage project staff providing direction coordination and support
  • 11Lead closeout process ensuring documentation punch lists and final requirements are complete

Requirements8

  • 1At least 5 years managing projects as a Project Manager for a Commercial General Contractor
  • 2Proven experience with construction plans specifications and estimation
  • 3Strong organizational skills managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • 4Comprehensive understanding of construction management and communication
  • 5Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Microsoft Project
  • 6Experience collaborating with owners clients subcontractors and internal teams
  • 7Commitment to values such as doing the right thing taking ownership and working hard
  • 8Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
