What You'll Do11
- 1Oversee all stages of the project life cycle from pre-construction through closeout
- 2Create and manage project budgets to ensure financial performance and cost control
- 3Develop and maintain detailed project schedules monitoring progress and adjusting as needed
- 4Manage RFI and submittal processes to ensure timely accurate communication
- 5Lead project buyout activities including procurement and negotiation with subcontractors and vendors
- 6Prepare and administer subcontracts throughout the project
- 7Build and maintain strong relationships with clients subcontractors and other stakeholders
- 8Oversee cost management and provide regular financial updates
- 9Identify resolve project issues and conflicts promptly
- 10Manage project staff providing direction coordination and support
- 11Lead closeout process ensuring documentation punch lists and final requirements are complete
Requirements8
- 1At least 5 years managing projects as a Project Manager for a Commercial General Contractor
- 2Proven experience with construction plans specifications and estimation
- 3Strong organizational skills managing multiple tasks and priorities
- 4Comprehensive understanding of construction management and communication
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Microsoft Project
- 6Experience collaborating with owners clients subcontractors and internal teams
- 7Commitment to values such as doing the right thing taking ownership and working hard
- 8Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
