What You'll Do11

  • 1Lead the project team in planning and execution from preconstruction through closeout
  • 2Oversee schedules budgets and contracts to ensure successful delivery
  • 3Manage all financial aspects including bidding estimating and change orders
  • 4Maintain transparent communication with clients and internal stakeholders
  • 5Support and mentor project engineers and superintendents
  • 6Manage project risk through proactive issue resolution
  • 7Champion a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement
  • 8Generate project leads through ongoing professional relationships
  • 9Participate in proposal presentations representing Gardner Builders
  • 10Coordinate trade partners and manage procurement activities
  • 11Conduct weekly OAC and procurement meetings

Requirements11

  • 13+ years of construction project management experience
  • 2Bachelor’s degree in construction management engineering or related field
  • 3Solid understanding of general contracting project lifecycle
  • 4Strong financial acumen for cost forecasting reporting
  • 5Expertise in scheduling trade partner management and field operations
  • 6Ability to estimate accurately and write technical documents
  • 7Proficiency with Procore Microsoft Project and Bluebeam
  • 8Experience with spreadsheets project scheduling applications and Microsoft Office
  • 9Collaborative humble and solutions-oriented mindset
  • 10Valid Motor Vehicle Record
  • 11Knowledge of sustainable building practices such as LEED WELL or Living Building Challenge
