What You'll Do7

Requirements7

  • 11+ year supporting individuals with mental health diagnoses, especially chronic or persistent conditions.
  • 2High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in social work, psych, or related field is a plus.
  • 3MHRT1 certification preferred; Shalom House will sponsor training if not yet certified.
  • 4Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • 5Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 6Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • 7Team-player attitude with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach.
