Overview

Own resident interactions from move-in to move-out at MAA communities with a focus on satisfaction and retention. You will conduct inspections, coordinate service requests, and support property management operations at the Phoenix site. This role collaborates with on-site teams and vendors to maintain curb appeal and make-ready quality. You will contribute to engaging residents and maintaining a positive online reputation.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Build and conduct pre-walk and move-in move-out inspections to ensure unit readiness
  • 2Coordinate service requests and vendor partnerships for package delivery, pest control, and make-ready tasks
  • 3Own resident orientations, tours, and self-guided tour support to drive occupancy
  • 4Lead resident engagement initiatives and manage the community calendar
  • 5Monitor and update CRM records, lease authoring tool compliance, and resident communications
  • 6Support on-site property management, maintenance, and corporate asset management collaborations
  • 7Oversee online reputation management including Google reviews
  • 8Plan community outreach activities and maintain knowledge of local markets and competitors

Requirements5

  • 11-3 years of customer service and/or administrative support experience
  • 2Bachelor’s degree and/or leasing experience preferred
  • 3Bilingual skills preferred
  • 4Strong knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations
  • 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
