Apartment Manager, Property Operations & Leasing
Overview
Own property operations at scale across multifamily units in Phoenix, delivering budgets, occupancy and resident satisfaction. Lead a team, oversee leasing, maintenance, and vendor relationships to achieve financial and service goals. This role combines hands-on property management with strategic budgeting and market analysis. You will be part of a collaborative team that values professional communication and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build and manage property operations to meet budgeted revenues and occupancy targets
- 2Own lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, and late fee collection ensuring compliance
- 3Drive marketing and leasing strategies by analyzing market trends and historical data to optimize occupancy
- 4Lead maintenance and service teams to respond to resident requests and maintain property standards
- 5Develop and manage vendor relationships, approve invoices, and ensure correct coding and insurance requirements
- 6Supervise staff through hiring, training, and performance management to align with company policies
Requirements5
- 15+ years of property or community management experience and proficiency in all areas of property management
- 2Experience with weekly reports, month end close, and budget variances
- 3Strong organizational analytical and decision making skills
- 4Yardi Voyager experience a plus but not required
- 5Excellent supervisory leadership and employee development skills
Salary Insight
$58 - $60k per year
