Own end-to-end property performance at a 300-500 unit community in downtown Phoenix. Lead a local team, drive financial results, and deliver memorable resident experiences. What You'll Do9
- 1Lead the property team to achieve budgeted financial results and capital plans.
- 2Develop and implement annual budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and marketing plans with the Regional Manager.
- 3Oversee hiring, training, development, motivation, supervision, and performance assessment of staff.
- 4Maintain professional resident communications and feedback channels via newsletters and other media.
- 5Engage in promotional and social content marketing to attract residents and drive occupancy.
- 6Monitor financial statements and ensure operational decisions align with financial performance.
- 7Provide excellent interpersonal service to residents from diverse backgrounds.
- 8Drive operational excellence through data-driven decision making.
- 9Foster a culture of humor and engagement within the team.
Requirements5
- 1Five years of experience in multifamily real estate
- 2Ability to analyze financial statements and understand budget impact
- 3Proficiency with computer software to solve financial and operational issues
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- 5Demonstrated leadership through actions and team development
