What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and lead onsite teams to deliver exceptional service and maintenance quality
  • 2Drive property performance by monitoring key metrics, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
  • 3Oversee capital projects and property improvements ensuring on-time, within-budget completion
  • 4Prepare monthly financial reports with forecasting and proactive performance plans
  • 5Coach and develop administrative and service staff through goal-aligned planning and feedback
  • 6Conduct regular property inspections and execute enhancement plans
  • 7Monitor market pricing, competition, and revenue strategies to support occupancy and retention
  • 8Own the hiring process and performance management across on-site personnel
  • 9Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction
  • 10Lead safety, compliance, and operational standards across communities

Requirements10

  • 1Minimum of 3 years operational experience as a Community Manager in luxury multifamily setting
  • 2Strong financial acumen with budget management, forecasting, and expense control
  • 3Experience using property management platforms such as Resman or Yardi
  • 4High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 5BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • 6Excellent communication and professional presence
  • 7Experience overseeing capital projects and improvements
  • 8Ability to analyze operational reporting and react with data-driven decisions
  • 9Ability to hire, coach, and manage a team through performance conversations
  • 10Bilingual not required
