Own the performance of assigned multifamily properties in Arizona including operations, financial results, resident satisfaction, compliance, and onsite team leadership. Manage leasing, maintenance, vendor relations, and regulatory compliance while delivering legendary service. Collaborate with bilingual teams to serve English and Spanish speaking residents and stakeholders. This role is onsite in Arizona and requires recent local experience.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead property operations and ensure leasing, maintenance, compliance, and resident relations meet standards
  • 2Manage budgets, rent collections, delinquencies, and expense controls to drive profitability
  • 3Provide coaching and evaluations to the onsite team and track KPIs for operations, resident experience, and financials
  • 4Resolve resident concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and retention
  • 5Drive community engagement and adherence to property standards through initiatives
  • 6Oversee preventive maintenance planning and regular property inspections
  • 7Ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws, fair housing, and regulatory requirements
  • 8Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service to residents and stakeholders
  • 9Monitor and improve service delivery standards to exceed resident expectations
  • 10Maintain strong resident relations and accountability for property performance

Requirements10

  • 13+ years of experience in property or community management
  • 2Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • 3Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication
  • 4Proficient in property management and financial software
  • 5Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulatory requirements
  • 6Current residence in Arizona with valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • 7High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred
  • 8Ability to walk, climb stairs, lift up to 25 pounds, and work outdoors and indoors as needed
  • 9Experience managing multifamily properties in Arizona is required
  • 10Strong customer service mindset and accountability for results
