What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and lead on-site teams across administrative and service functions to deliver exceptional resident experiences
  • 2Drive property performance by monitoring KPIs, forecasting, and controlling operating expenses to meet financial goals
  • 3Oversee capital projects and property improvements, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards
  • 4Prepare monthly financial reports with proactive plans to optimize asset performance and occupancy strategy
  • 5Direct property inspections, identify improvements, and implement actionable resolution plans
  • 6Hire, coach, and evaluate team members through ongoing performance conversations and HR processes
  • 7Set rent strategies and monitor delinquency with a focus on achieving targeted revenue and occupancy
  • 8Maintain market knowledge on pricing, trends, and revenue strategies to support competitive positioning
  • 9Foster collaboration across administrative and service teams to ensure accountability and high performance

Requirements10

  • 1Minimum 3 years of operational experience as a Community Manager in luxury multifamily settings
  • 2Strong budget management, forecasting, and financial performance insight
  • 3Experience overseeing capital projects and property improvements
  • 4Proficiency in operating metrics analytics and reporting
  • 5Knowledge of market pricing, trends, and revenue strategies
  • 6Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • 7High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
