Property Manager, AZ & Operations Leadership for Multi-Family Communities
Overview
The Property Manager leads property operations across our community portfolio, driving occupancy, income, and asset value with strong financial acumen. This onsite leadership role coordinates all activities and resources to meet owner and company objectives. You will manage a team, supervise vendors, and communicate clearly with residents, owners, and partners to deliver a high-quality living experience. What You'll Do15
- 1Hire train motivate and supervise on site team members to achieve operational goals
- 2Assist in budget preparation and manage expenses to align with property goals
- 3Ensure rents are collected posted and deposited
- 4Perform and schedule evictions and enforce lease rules
- 5Manage vendor relationships approve vendor list process vendor packets and ensure timely billing and accounts payable
- 6Oversee office operations curb appeal and community cleanliness
- 7Institute policies and procedures while maintaining staff and resident communication
- 8Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to align maintenance with goals
- 9Walk the community report liabilities to Maintenance Supervisor or Regional Manager
- 10Respond to resident concerns quickly to promote satisfaction and retention
- 11Maintain professionalism in communications with residents prospects clients vendors and team members
- 12Attend resident activities after hours as needed
- 13Provide training and motivation to office and maintenance teams through feedback and development
- 14Address performance issues with corrective actions or improvement plans
- 15Engage with owners through property tours updates and responsiveness to requests
Requirements6
- 1Operational leadership experience in property management or hospitality
- 2Strong financial acumen with budget management and expense control
- 3Proven ability to supervise teams and coordinate vendor activities
- 4Experience handling lease enforcement evictions and compliance
- 5Excellent communication and customer service skills
