Lead property associates, monitor regulatory compliance, and manage budgets with a focus on NOI and resident experience. Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Corporate teams to execute operating plans and respond to emergencies. This role blends hands-on property management with strategic planning to optimize property performance and resident satisfaction.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Build and supervise leasing, maintenance, and service request processes to drive high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
  • 2Design and implement budget plans, vendor contracts, and capital improvement programs to improve NOI and property performance.
  • 3Lead training and performance evaluations for on-site associates and ensure adherence to housing quality standards.
  • 4Manage onboarding, move-ins, move-outs, and financial transactions including rent collection and deposits.
  • 5Coordinate marketing campaigns and advertising with the Marketing Department to maximize occupancy and competitive positioning.

Requirements5

  • 1High School Diploma or GED
  • 23-4 years in a supervisory role and Property Management
  • 3Preferred certifications: ARM, CPM, CAM, or IREM
  • 4Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and resident relations
  • 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of fair housing laws
