What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and maintain property occupancy by marketing units and screening applicants
  • 2Design and enforce lease agreements while managing rent collection and delinquencies
  • 3Lead tenant relations including complaints, disputes, and service requests
  • 4Own move in/out coordination, inspections, and unit readiness
  • 5Scale property maintenance and repairs ensuring timely quality work
  • 6Drive budget development, monitor financial performance, and prepare reports
  • 7Manage property staff including hiring training and performance evaluations
  • 8Coordinate resident events and community activities
  • 9Develop relationships with contractors and service providers
  • 10Ensure safety and security protocols are followed and address hazards promptly

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in property management business administration real estate or related field preferred
  • 2Proven property management or related experience
  • 3Strong knowledge of housing regulations lease agreements and PM best practices
  • 4Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • 6Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • 7Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • 8Strong problem solving and attention to detail
  • 9Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 10Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
