Overview
Own on-site administrative and operational support for rental activity and resident relations at multiple properties. Support office functions, resident communication, and daily property operations to ensure smooth runs and positive resident experiences. Collaborate with the Community Manager to coordinate tasks and may supervise specific duties. This role offers exposure to full-service real estate development operations and on-site property management.

- 1Build on-site administrative and operational processes to support the Community Manager
- 2Assist with rental activity, office functions, and resident communication to maintain a welcoming environment
- 3Support resident relations by responding to inquiries and coordinating resident programs
- 4Coordinate daily property operations and tasks to ensure timely completion
- 5May take on direct supervisory responsibilities for specific duties at the Community Manager's discretion
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
- 2Ability to read, write, and present information in one-on-one and small group settings
- 3Mathematical proficiency including handling discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
- 4Ability to follow written or oral instructions with common sense and apply to concrete problems
- 5Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities
- 6Strong organizational skills and dependability
