Overview
Own on-site operations for a housing community under regional leadership and drive performance across leasing, maintenance, finance, and risk management. What You'll Do5
- 1Lead onsite staff, hire train coach and develop personnel to achieve performance benchmarks
- 2Drive financial management including rent collections deposits and operating budgets to maximize net operating income
- 3Develop and execute annual marketing plan and leasing strategies to close leases and maintain occupancy targets
- 4Manage resident relations, resolve complaints and implement retention programs to improve resident satisfaction
- 5Oversee administrative leasing reporting and emergency response planning ensuring timely, accurate documentation
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ experience in housing industry or equivalent
- 2CAM or ARM certification preferred
- 3Ability to perform on-site software functions and basic computer skills
- 4Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- 5Reliable transportation for on-call emergencies
Salary Insight
$67 - $72k per year
