Senior Community Manager, Real Estate & Asset Management
Overview
Own the full operations of multifamily and mixed housing communities at scale, leading on-site teams and ensuring compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, financials, and administration while driving resident satisfaction and NOI growth. This role sits at Asset Living, a nationally recognized AMO accredited firm, collaborating with regional leadership and onsite staff. What You'll Do10
- 1Lead on-site operations to ensure policy compliance and outstanding resident experiences
- 2Develop and execute yearly marketing and leasing plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- 3Manage staff performance with training, coaching, and corrective action as needed
- 4Oversee financial activities including budgeting, rent collection, and vendor invoice processing
- 5Direct emergency response and safety initiatives to minimize liability and protect residents
- 6Monitor property appearance and maintenance quality through regular inspections
- 7Coordinate administrative reporting and ensure timely, accurate data entry and forecasts
- 8Supervise leasing, showings, and move-ins to achieve leasing targets
- 9Implement resident retention programs and community engagement initiatives
- 10Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws OSHA requirements and company policies
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years housing industry experience
- 2CAM or ARM preferred
- 3Ability to perform on-site software functions and basic computer skills
- 4Strong knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- 5Reliable transportation for emergency on-call duties
