This role partners with a supportive leadership team to maintain asset integrity and curb appeal.

What You'll Do7

  • 1Lead daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations to hit occupancy and retention targets
  • 2Coach and manage the on-site team to meet AAM standards and drive performance
  • 3Administer budgets, expenses, rent collections, and delinquencies to protect NOI
  • 4Drive leasing activity and occupancy growth while maintaining high resident satisfaction
  • 5Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and applicable laws and AAM policies
  • 6Perform routine property inspections and maintain curb appeal and asset integrity
  • 7Monitor financial metrics and reporting to optimize property performance

Requirements5

  • 13+ years of multifamily property management experience
  • 2Strong leadership, financial, and customer service skills
  • 3Experience with property management software such as Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage
  • 4Knowledge of Fair Housing and applicable landlord-tenant laws
  • 5CAM, ARM, or CPM designation a plus
