Requirements11
- 13+ years experience in community or property management

- 5Knowledge of HOA operations preferred
- 6Professional certifications such as CMCA or AMS are desirable
- 7Minimum 3 years experience managing residential communities
- 8Experience with scheduling and vendor coordination
- 9Familiarity with community governance documents
- 10Understanding of local housing regulations
