Property Manager, LIHTC & Real Estate Software

Own the operation and success of a real estate asset at scale within a property management firm. Lead occupancy, leasing, maintenance, and security for the property while partnering with on site teams. What You'll Do10
- 1Build leasing strategy to maintain occupancy and fill vacancies through marketing and referrals
- 2Design and enforce lease agreements and collection processes to optimize revenue
- 3Manage property maintenance by coordinating contractors, repairs, and renovations
- 4Oversee building systems and security programs including preventive maintenance and safety policies
- 5Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and variance reports to guide financial decisions
- 6Coordinate with security services and conduct investigations to protect assets
- 7Respond to emergencies and enforce occupancy rules and procedures
- 8Produce data driven reports on occupancy, financials, and resident satisfaction
- 9Maintain compliance files and lease documentation for program funding
- 10Spearhead vendor management for landscaping, snow removal, and other services
Requirements7
- 1Two years of related experience or training preferred
- 2Associates degree or job related experience preferred
- 3Licenses: valid state driver’s license and real estate license when required by state law
- 4Experience with LIHTC property management is required
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (One-Site, Real Page)
- 6Strong written and verbal communication in English
- 7Ability to read and interpret lease agreements and regulatory documents
