What You'll Do15
- 1Ensure compliance with all Equal Housing Opportunity/Affirmative Fair Housing laws
- 2Monitor LIHTC Application and Annual Recertification processes
- 3Conduct semi-annual inspections and file reviews
- 4Screen hire train and develop on-site staff using company directives
- 5Manage salaries and provide documentation for review
- 6Promote harmony and quality job performance of staff
- 7Achieve highest possible net operating income through cost control
- 8Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts
- 9Provide monthly written evaluations of significant budget overruns
- 10Monitor and approve vendor invoices and reconcile deposits rent collections
- 11Deal with resident complaints and develop retention programs
- 12Assist with emergency team for property issues
- 13Maintain customer service standards and service request turnaround
- 14Plan resource utilization and manage maintenance activities
- 15Travel approximately 25-50 percent of work time annually
Requirements6
- 15+ years building LIHTC and/or Section 8 policies
- 2High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3Certified Apartment Manager or Accredited Resident Manager preferred
- 4Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- 5Ability to use on-site software functions
- 6Experience with travel logistics and property visits
