Overview
Bedrock Property Management seeks a Regional Manager to lead community directors and drive operational excellence across its portfolio. This role ensures resident satisfaction while meeting financial targets and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What You'll Do11
- 1Own daily operations of assigned communities and coordinate with Community Directors
- 2Manage vendor relationships and maintain optimal property performance
- 3Deliver financial reporting and monitor portfolio performance
- 4Lead leasing activities and exceed occupancy budget goals
- 5Enhance resident retention through proactive engagement and service quality
- 6Drive operational efficiency by optimizing staff and resource allocation
- 7Represent Bedrock professionally with owners and stakeholders
- 8Develop strategies to improve team performance and individual growth
- 9Travel approximately 25 percent of the time across properties
- 10Maintain compliance with fair housing and landlord tenant regulations
- 11Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 5 to 10 years of multifamily property management experience
- 2Proven track record leading high-visibility properties
- 3Bachelor's degree in real estate management finance or related field
- 4Strong knowledge of federal and local housing laws
- 5Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- 6Experience with financial statement analysis and budgeting
- 7Ability to travel regularly between properties
- 8Understanding of vehicle operation and logistics management
- 9Knowledge of residential leasing processes and tenant relations
- 10Commitment to professional development and continuous learning
