What You'll Do11
- 1Provide leadership and support to onsite community teams across office and maintenance functions.
- 2Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers to enhance their effectiveness.
- 3Oversee maintenance leadership and onsite office leadership for strong communication and execution.
- 4Identify staffing performance needs and partner with HR to resolve organizational gaps.
- 5Support onboarding training and development of onsite leadership.
- 6Reinforce company standards and operational consistency across all communities.
- 7Navigate staffing changes and performance challenges while maintaining community results.
- 8Collaborate with Community Managers to build annual budgets and business plans.
- 9Review financial performance and approve property expenditures within authority levels.
- 10Monitor controllable expenses to protect short term and long term asset value.
- 11Oversee operational consistency including office practices and resident experience standards.

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing teams
- 3CPC Card certification
- 4Valid driver license for work purposes
- 5Valid automobile insurance for business use
