What You'll Do8
- 1Supervise daily operations to meet financial and operational targets
- 2Oversee hiring training and performance reviews of property staff
- 3Audit administrative accounting and maintenance processes ensuring policy compliance
- 4Review bank deposits monthly bonus reports weekly activity reports and aged receivables
- 5Prepare preliminary budgets for senior leadership
- 6Conduct annual apartment walkthroughs supporting community directors
- 7Perform semi-annual file audits
- 8Drive process improvements across multiple locations
Requirements8
- 13-5 years management experience focused on profitability and accountability
- 2Proven track record managing affordable housing programs
- 3High school diploma or equivalent with college degree preferred
- 4Valid driver's license
- 5Remote position with willingness to travel
- 6CPC Card or similar industry certification
- 7BCBA or AWS Certified credentials
- 85+ years experience with data tools such as Spark and Airflow
