On-site Property Manager, Multi-Family (Arizona)
Overview
Own day-to-day property operations for multiple Glendale communities and drive value at scale. You will oversee leasing, budgeting, and resident services while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Collaborate with leasing staff, vendors, and internal teams to provide exceptional service and maintain property appearance. This on-site role emphasizes hands-on management and resident satisfaction.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build leasing strategy to maximize occupancy and reduce vacancy using creative marketing
- 2Train leasing staff on closing techniques and ensure paperwork is accurately entered into the software system
- 3Analyze traffic, conversion, budgets, renewals, and market data to provide timely, accurate information
- 4Monitor property appearance and coordinate timely repairs and preventative maintenance
- 5Provide exceptional service to residents and internal teams and resolve requests and concerns
- 6Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain regular on-time attendance
- 7Support special projects and assist with all duties as assigned
Requirements8
- 1Minimum of 2 years of multi-family property management experience
- 2Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License preferred
- 3High School Diploma or GED required
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- 5Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- 6Ability to manage changing priorities and work independently with little direction
- 7Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional conflict resolution
- 8License/Certification: Driver`s License required
