Own the guest journey at a premier apartment community in Mesa, guiding prospective residents from first contact through application and move-in. You will represent a top multifamily brand with a focus on service excellence and community experience at scale. Collaborate with the on-site team to drive occupancy, provide outstanding customer care, and maintain property standards. What You'll Do5
- 1Build rapport with prospective residents and conduct informative tours showcasing community features and floor plans Microsoft Office?
- 2Drive the application and screening process to close leases and achieve occupancy goals
- 3Maintain resident files and manage payments and pricing to optimize occupancy and revenue
- 4Deliver memorable experiences across email, phone, and in-person interactions to boost resident satisfaction
- 5Represent Mark-Taylor values in daily operations and uphold brand standards for curb appeal and community culture
Requirements5
- 1A minimum of one year of sales or customer service experience
- 2Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- 4Strong time management and organizational skills
- 5Associates and/or bachelor’s degree preferred
