As a Leasing Consultant you will own on-site leasing activities and resident service to impact occupancy and resident satisfaction. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and lead onsite leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy
- 2Tour community amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and explain apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates
- 3Cordially process resident communications including service requests and enter into Yardi for service coordination
- 4Greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly manner while adhering to Fair Housing regulations
- 5Drive customer service excellence and contribute to a positive resident experience within the property
Requirements5
- 11-2 years sales and customer service experience
- 2Basic math skills
- 3Competence in personal computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 4Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- 5Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
Salary Insight
$40 - $44k per year
