Leasing Consultant, on site at greenway apartments
Overview
Leasing Consultant will own the leasing process for a community with the goal of maintaining high occupancy and delivering excellent resident service. You will present features and benefits during tours, process applications, and close leases while supporting residents and coordinating with property management. This role operates onsite in Phoenix area with benefits and opportunities for growth as the portfolio expands. You will join a team focused on customer service and sales in a dynamic property management environment.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build relationships with prospects and current residents to drive leasing and satisfaction
- 2Present community features during tours and guide applicants through the application process
- 3Close leases to maximize occupancy and revenue while offering additional products or services
- 4Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and residents with timely updates
- 5Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism
- 6Coordinate with Property Manager and support groups to maintain property maintenance and resident services
- 7Train on-site staff to achieve operational goals and maintain community standards
- 8Conduct regular property inspections and document repairs and improvements
- 9Handle resident concerns with a positive customer service attitude
- 10Support all duties as assigned by management
Requirements10
- 1High School diploma or equivalent
- 2Strong sales or leasing experience
- 3Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- 4Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high energy
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing speed of at least 30 wpm
- 6Yardi experience a plus
- 7Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents
- 8Ability to work evenings and weekends if required
- 9Compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA policies
- 10Pre-employment background checks and drug screening
