Leasing Consultant, Real Estate (Vistoria at Stadium)

What You'll Do10
- 1Build relationships with prospects and convert tours into leases
- 2Guide clients through the application process and close sales
- 3Maintain accurate records of prospective and current client history
- 4Respond to phone, email, and in person inquiries promptly and professionally
- 5Provide follow through and assistance to Property Manager for property maintenance and staff training
- 6Oversee community appearance and conduct regular tours and inspections
- 7Assist with on site staff training to meet operational goals
- 8Handle resident concerns with a high level of customer service
- 9Support revenue growth by offering additional products or services to residents
- 10Execute other duties as assigned by management
Requirements10
- 1High School diploma or equivalent
- 2Strong sales and leasing experience
- 3Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- 4Able to work evenings and weekends if requested
- 5Proficient in Microsoft Office and typing speed of at least 30 wpm
- 6Yardi experience a plus
- 7Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents
- 8Able to perform entry to intermediate level mathematical functions
- 9Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA compliance
- 10National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) desired
