Floating Leasing Consultant, Multifamily Property Management
Overview
Own leasing and marketing across multiple properties in the Denver region, ensuring occupancy and resident satisfaction at Bell Partners. You will drive traffic, close leases, and coordinate renewals, while traveling between assigned sites. Work with a supportive team of 2,000 associates serving 85,000+ homes. What You'll Do9
- 1Lease apartments and sell property services to meet budget goals.
- 2Apply Fair Housing standards with all prospects and residents.
- 3Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends.
- 4Maintain product knowledge of your property and competitors, and conduct outside marketing.
- 5Coordinate application reviews, including credit and income verifications.
- 6Complete lease packets and files with all required documentation.
- 7Inspect leased apartments before move-in and conduct walk-throughs.
- 8Follow up with residents throughout their lease terms and coordinate renewals.
- 9Provide excellent customer service to residents, ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements9
- 1BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 21+ years in multi-family leasing or 1+ years in B2B selling.
- 3Strong marketing and creativity skills.
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication.
- 5Proficiency in MS Office Suite and computer use.
- 6Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar software.
- 7Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work on a team.
- 8Ability to perform basic to intermediate math functions.
- 9Physical ability to walk, bend, reach, climb, and lift to 30 lbs.
