What You'll Do11
- 1Greet prospects warmly and professionally while qualifying needs and guiding tours
- 2Present community features and benefits to attract qualified applicants
- 3Process applications and maintain accurate leasing documentation
- 4Monitor market trends and propose marketing initiatives
- 5Conduct outreach and engage in community events
- 6Provide outstanding service to current and prospective residents
- 7Assist with resident communications, lease renewals, and satisfaction efforts
- 8Handle administrative tasks such as lease filing and rent collection
- 9Complete daily traffic logs and update leasing reports
- 10Document interactions and support property inspections
- 11Support managerial duties with scheduling and reporting
Requirements6
- 1Minimum 1 year leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing preferred
- 2Strong communication and organizational abilities
- 3Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and leasing compliance
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems
- 5Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 6Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
